Foundation to Year 2 News
Collingwood Children's Farm
The F-2 students braved the bad weather forecast last Thursday and headed to Collingwood Children’s Farm.
We had a blast traipsing around paddocks to pat sheep, hanging out with goats, cuddling guinea pigs, strolling with geese, digging compost, spotting cows, counting chickens, patting horses, and watching pigs roll around in the mud!
Thank you so much to Teresa (Levon’s mum) and Louise (Annie’s mum) who helped out on the day.
Unbelievable, we managed to miss most of the bad weather, but luckily had just enough so we were able to put those gumboots to good use!
Take a look at the student reflections of the excursion and the wonderful photos we captured.
