Student Wellbeing

New Student Wellbeing Manager

Hello, I’m Kimberly, the new Student Wellbeing Manager and School Psychologist here at Victoria University Secondary College (VUSC).

You might see me around at both the Junior and Senior Campus. I’ve worked in a range of roles for the Department of Education since 2006, initially working in the secondary school setting, as a Psychology and Humanities teacher and later moving into a leadership role as the Student Welfare Coordinator in a primary school.

Upon completing additional studies, I attained registration as a psychologist early last year. Ironically, I completed my teaching placement at Brimbank College, now VUSC, where Maria Panagiotidis was my mentor and have now come full circle, returning to where it all began. I look forward to working with the school and community alike, where I’m hoping to share my knowledge.

Students are welcome to drop into the Wellbeing offices at recess and lunch times. I look forward to working with you to promote and support mental health fitness in our young people.
