Premier’s Reading Challenge

Congratulations to all students who have been working hard at completing the Premier’s Reading Challenge for 2023.

So far our students have read a massive 4629 books!! 

The Premier’s Reading Challenge finishes on Friday 1st September, so make sure you add all your books on the website. Any problems with this, please let me know.

CBCA Book Awards and Book Week Dress Up Day

Each week in library we have been reading a shortlisted book from the CBCA awards. In a few weeks time, students will be voting for their favourite book and we will tally the votes to see which book Bimbadeen enjoyed the most.

Book Week is happening from the 19th-25th August. To celebrate this we will be having a whole school dress up day on Monday 21st August. Children can come dressed as their favourite book character for the day. 

We will be having a special dress up parade at 9:15am on Monday morning to celebrate the day and parents are welcome to attend.

Colouring Competition

All students have been given the opportunity to participate in the colouring competition. These are due back at school today!!
