WHEELCHAIR BASKETBALL VICTORIA

INCLUSIVITY is "the practice or policy of providing equal access to opportunities and resources for people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalized, such as those having physical or mental disabilities or belonging to other minority groups."

This week our PE classes will take part in a program run by Wheelchair Basketball Victoria.  In these sessions, we hope to raise awareness of the sport and the importance of inclusion and accessibility for people with a disability or impairment.  As you can see from the images the students are engaged, active, inclusive and having fun!
