Year 12 Valedictory Dinner

Attention Year 12 Students, Parent/Carer’s 

Valedictory Payments - to secure your tickets and table, payment of $95 will be due on the 12th of September. If there are any difficulties in meeting this deadline for payment, please speak to Mr Christopher Hewitt or Mr Greg Savvinos. 

Course Selection and Subject Expo

Term 3 sees us officially commence the course selection 2023 process for current year 10 students going into year 11.  On Monday 18th July the parent portal will open for bookings for the Course Advising Day scheduled on Thursday 21st July.  A reminder that no classes for Year 10 students will run on the 21st July, students only need to attend school with their parent/carer at their schedule course advising appointment time.

Supporting the course advising process is the College Subject Expo Information Night scheduled on Tuesday 19th July from 6.00 - 8.00pm.  The evening will comprise of:

- Showcase displays in our B-Block Learning Centre of the breadth of subjects, with teachers on hand to discuss these in more detail

- Focused presentations held in the Barcham Theatre for Year 9 students going into Year 10 (6.00 – 6.45pm) and Year 10 students going into the Senior Secondary School Certificate (7.00 – 8.00pm). Previous communication to families indicated presentations would be held in the Library but to ensure social distancing is possible these will now take place in the Theatre.

Marketplace

The start of the term has seen us formally launch Marketplace with our Year 10 students. This involves planning and preparing a market stall for market day in term 4. The market is a celebration on the last day of class for year 12. All proceeds raised will go to a charity of the year 10 cohorts choosing.
