Sports Update
Intermediate Girls AFL
The girls intermediate football team attended Maddingley Park to play against the Bacchus Marsh College (BMC) girls intermediate team on the 23rd of June.
Our girls were very spirited both to and from the ground and competed beautifully as a team with great communication skills, leaving triumphant against a scoreless Bacchus Marsh despite their great defensive back line in the third and fourth quarters. Our girls displayed fabulous sportsmanship in a number of ways; sharing the team room facilities at times with BMC players to utilise the sports trainer and thanking Bacchus Marsh for hosting our team and playing against us.
Mr Hayward and Ms Brown are looking forward to the next round featuring a Gwen Stefani bus sing-along. “Go Gissy!”.
