Northern Territory Trip - Up and Away! 

Our Northern Territory students and teachers arrived safely in Darwin on Tues night at 1 am!!! They started their trip with a visit to the Magnetic and Cathedral termite mounds at Litchfield National Park . Then they visited Florence falls where the students had a lovely swim in the water. We can't wait to hear about the rest of their trip in our next newsletter!

Year 10 Hospitality Excursion 

Our Yr 10 Hospitality students looked beyond VCE today. They visited William Angliss to look at future careers and courses in the service industry. They were very lucky for the opportunity to enjoy silver service at the Angliss restaurant. The day was bookended with a visit to Queen Vic Market.   

Re-use, Re-cycle; Sustainable Woodwork

Woodwork students have been creating beautiful wooden pieces using recycled materials. Take a look at what they have been doing...

VCAL Barista Course 

Students learned to "Prepare & Serve Espresso Coffee" which involved extracting a perfect shot, 10 classic espresso styles and texture milk like a professional Barista. They will all receive an accreditation for the National Unit of Competency for attending this course.
