Meet the cast and Crew!

Main Cast

Flynn  (6B)

"I play Jack, Ella's brother, and I am in all the airport scenes and go on two adventures with Teddy. I've done some acting, singing and dancing in the past and I am confident that this show will be very exciting."

Angelina (6B)

"I play the title character, Ella in the production. Ella is a curious seven year old who loses her Teddy and starts remembering all the adventures she had with him. I am pretty excited but nervous. I think all of the parents will be proud of the performances!"

Dancers

Cassie (6G)

"We are doing 3 dances choreographed by Ms Wickes and Ms Gates. We get to wear Summer weather outfits for one of them, a lion or crow costume for one, and cowgirl outfits for the other one. I'm excited because we get to show off everything we've been working for.  I'm a bit nervous about one section where we have to get changed really quickly."

Year level performers

Zep (1B)

"We had a dress rehearsal and we all had our animal costumes on and we had to pose like the animal we were dressed as. We are singing Talk to the Animals. I am very excited about it because I have never been on stage before"

Xander (2G)

"We are doing a song called Space Man. We get to wear a white top, black pants and sparkly tops and sparkly wrist bands. We have to sing and move at the same time. Ms Wicked recorded us singing to play while we performed so we can make sure we get the moves right. I am quite nervous and a bit excited because this is my first production on a big stage"

Gabriel (3S)

"I am nervous but pretty confident. Grade 3 is dressed as witches and wizards and our moves are meant to look magical. We are singing the song Fame"

Technical Crew

Harvey (6B)

"Ms Wickes asked us to play the sounds during the run throughs for various scenes in the show. Some of the sound effects are bushes rustling, transitions to different scenes and the music for each grade. It is an important job for the production and having the sounds in the run throughs. I am happy that I have got to take part in it. "

Poster Graphic Designers

Zoe and Leila (Grade 6)

Leila: "Ms Wickes asked us to design a poster and she had a request for us to do a poster that incorporates something from the scenes. I drew Ella and Teddy and Zoe drew the background and the curtains"

Zoe: "We are also going to put some of the props into the poster for a final surprise"

Zoe:  "I enjoyed going into the art room to work on it"

Leila:  "It is cool that our artwork is actually the face of the production"
