Well, we survived another round of Remote Learning and had some fun along the way! Check out our Feel Good Friday celebration photo from last week
(including one special Grade 6 guest).
Thanks to all our students and families for all the hard work over the last couple of weeks.
It's so wonderful to have everyone back in the classroom now!
Last week we used our senses to come up with a whole range of adjectives to help describe the things we see, hear, smell, touch and taste. We read some cool books about bugs, friends and wishes, that inspired our writing. We even got creative and designed our own unique bugs and came up with sports we could excel at
(some real and some extremely made up!)
Last week during Maths we revised our knowledge of the days of the week and months of the year. Did you know that whenever your write or type these special names, you use a capital letter to begin them? This week we have moved on to creating our own clocks and then learning about telling the time.
On Friday, we were reminded just how much we have to be thankful for.
We joined as a class to say prayers of thanks and each came up with our own things to be thankful for, as well as saying why we were grateful.
Some students even wrote down their prayers
