Life Saving Victoria’s (LSV) School Surf League is an exciting summer event that encourages Victorian secondary school students to participate in Surf Life Saving events. The School Surf League will provide students with an opportunity to test their endurance, strength, speed and agility in Life Saving sports.

The ultimate aim of the School Surf League is to encourage students to join a Life Saving Club, increasing Victorian Clubs patrolling and competition team members and also provides the opportunities for schools to align and develop partnerships with a Life Saving Club.

Good luck to all students.

Fit For Life

Currently girls in the Year 9 PE elective, Fit For Life are participating in a wide range of activities as part of their course. These can vary from health and fitness, social, aesthetic, cathartic, relaxation or vertiginous experiences.

Recently classes undertook a two- hour Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) class at Sandringham Beach.

Upcoming lessons may involve yoga,  a high ropes or a spin cycle class. These practical classes are used to complement theory that encompasses why people enjoy participating in physical activity.
