VET Hospitality 

In this subject the girls will learn how to handle and prepare food. Already, they have covered personal and environmental hygiene and safety in the workplace.

During the year, the girls will study 12 modules in order to complete their certificate. Our first module is: Prepare and Present Sandwiches. These photos show the students preparing a pizza panini as a part of their Prepare and Present Sandwiches module.  

I am very excited to be working with this group of students who have chosen to undertake VET Hospitality in 2019.
