Year 1/2–Celebrating Learning

Congratulations everyone on all your deadly efforts with learning this Term. We have seen some great active listening on google meets and have enjoyed looking at the fantastic work that has been submitted on google classroom.

The traditional tale of Little Red Riding Hood was brought to life in new and wonderful ways through a lesson where we learnt about the features of maps.

The task was to design a map, including the key characters and landmarks, and describe the directions from Little Red Riding Hood’s house to Grandma’s cottage. As well as these fabulous drawings that were handed in, we enjoyed watching many amazing videos too!
