Hi everyone

It’s hard to believe that we’re already at the end of term three! I hope you all enjoy the school holidays and enjoy the break from remote learning. Hopefully term four will bring back some onsite learning and allow students to spend some time safely together before the summer break. 

Unfortunately it looks like the P&F will not be able to hold any events for the remainder of the year - we have had to cancel the School Disco and Colour Run. The roadmap from the Premier really doesn’t allow large gatherings for quite some time and if we are able to hold gatherings, they will be school run events rather than events run by the P&F. 

The P&F AGM is scheduled for 7pm, 26th October 2020. At this stage, this is likely to be a zoom meeting and all are invited to attend. This meeting will be looking to form the committee for next year. So if you have thought about having more involvement with the future direction of the P&F it is a good meeting to attend. This is the final year at QOP for a couple of P&F committee members (including myself), so hopefully there are some parents in the school community who are wanting to guide the P&F through a successful 2021. I have enjoyed my 9 years on the P&F committee in various positions and valued the friendships I have made along the way. If anyone has any queries about what being a P&F committee member involves, feel free to contact me.
