Change of Date to Monday 26 October 7.00 pm
The date for the P&F AGM has been changed and now will be held on Monday 26 October, commencing at 7.00 pm. The meeting will be held via TEAMS and an invitation link will be included in next week's Woodchatta. Please see the agenda below. The agenda will also be placed on the College App.

The P&F Constitution requires all positions to be vacated each year, and any member may be nominated for a position, including someone who has previously held the role. The process is:
- A person is nominated
- A seconder is called for
- Once all nominations for a position are in and seconded, it is put to a vote on the voices
- A poll may be taken if requested by a member
