A life-changing experience for Year 9 students 2021: Term at the 'School for Student Leadership'

Applications are now open for 2021Year 9 DSC students to attend the School for Student Leadership in Term 1 at their new $6.5 million facility at Don Valley in the Yarra Ranges.

We are again extremely fortunate to be offered a limited number of places for the 2021 Year 9 student group for the 9-week stay.

Students will live at the school, which prioritises outdoor education. They will undertake a program around personal development, teamwork, communication skills as well as creative and critical thinking.

This is an exciting opportunity for Year 9s at a crucial time in their life, with the potential to transform them into more confident and capable people who can take action and lead others.

DSC has long been associated with The School for Student Leadership Program, which next year will celebrate its 20th anniversary.

How to apply

If your child is interested, please ask them to email franc.brogno@education.vic.gov.au. There will be a selection process (hopefully at school in Term 4) for those keen to attend.
