Holiday Bingo Challenge: Lockdown Boredom Buster

The Middle School Team challenges you to complete at least five activities from the list below over the school holidays. 

We would love you to share evidence of your accomplishments with us, by uploading photos, videos or other documents to the learning task titled ‘Holiday Bingo’ which you will find in DiSCovery on Compass. 

'Holiday Bingo' activities list:

• Cook a meal for your household
• Create artwork from pieces found in your garden
• Create a 15-minute workout that doesn't require equipment
• Recite a poem in another language
• Help with the laundry
• Do some gardening
• Play a board game
• Create a timeline of your life so far
• Write a short story
• Build a model of your dream home
• Make some origami
• Create a poster about planet Earth
• Clean and organise your bedroom
• Build the tallest tower possible using only spaghetti and Blu Tack
• Measure and record the heights of all members in your household
• Read a book
• Learn a card game or magic trick
• Recreate your favourite movie scene
• Go for a long walk
• Draw a self portrait
• Perform a dance routine
• Keep a gratitude journal
• Design an environmentally friendly mode of transportation
• Bake and decorate a cake
• Learn about a country you'd like to visit
