SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT TEAM UPDATE

Following our whole staff PD at the beginning of term 2, the School Improvement and Leadership teams are continuing to meet and follow the process of the Coaching for Leadership Program. The focus remains an inquiry into how leadership and cultural behaviours contribute to school effectiveness, the importance of staff engagement and wellbeing, and an understanding of action learning and the tools that will enable leaders to engage staff and the broader school community in school improvement.

Our PD reflected on areas that are currently working in our school and identified 4 key priorities the staff felt would enable the school to move towards the ideal future.

• Learning and Opportunities
• Community and Relationships

Through this process, all staff have had the opportunity to vote for other staff in leadership roles :-

• Internal Leader Advisors
• Action Teams
