Junior School Council -2018

JSC - Starlight Foundation Fundraiser

On Friday 15th June, the Junior School Council held a fundraiser to raise money for the Starlight Foundation.  This foundation was chosen by the children because they felt passionately about the mission of The Starlight Foundation to help sick kids forget their illnesses and re-discover the joy of childhood.  The fundraiser created many important conversations around our school values, as it reminded them of performing acts of kindness, showing empathy towards others and showing gratitude for their health, their families and their community.

The day was very successful, raising a wonderful $449.
