Term 2 News

Well, Term 2 has begun and the Library is coming alive again with classes coming in for their weekly sessions. We have new books on the shelves in each area of the Library and I have seen quite a number of them already going out on loan already. Due to COVID-19 restrictions continuing, our Lunchtime activities are still on hold. Also Mrs Croser is away for now so the Library is CLOSED on Wednesdays.

Premier’s Reading Challenge

Since the last newsletter, we have had the following students hand in their completed PRC forms.

From Secondary - Maisie. From Primary - Grace, Jonathan, Lydia, Connor, Mary and Evangeline.

WELL DONE to you all.

17 weeks to go before the Premier’s Reading Challenge finishes, so for those who are working through their 12 books or those who haven’t started yet…there’s still plenty of time.

Students: Remember you can go onto the PRC website prc.sa.edu.au and go to Kidspace or Teenspace where you can look for your name in the ‘Hall of Fame’ Honour Roll or Recommend-a-Read.

Here, if there is a book, or books, that aren’t on the PRC list you can submit titles for the PRC panel to consider adding.
