Year 7
Assistant Principal's Report
Although it has been a shorter term, the year 7’s have been busy throughout. From Cross Country to Multicultural Week, Jobs Expo, Attitude to School survey, exams and the start of new electives for semester 2, there has always been something occurring. It has been great to see students working with their tutor teachers, year level co-ordinator and year level leader in continuing to build a sense of community.
Liam Clifford, the current Year Level Leader, will be finishing up with us at the end of this term. I would like to thank Liam for his work during his time at the College, particularly with the year 7 cohort this year. Replacing Mr Clifford will be Ms Victoria Webster.
Ms Webster has been at the College for the past 7 years and has experience as a year level co-ordinator and at times as a Year Level Leader. Victoria is looking forward to working with the year 7 cohort for the remainder of the year.
As the weather will continue to be cool next term, if there are any families which require assistance with uniform, please ask your child to go and see the supportive team in Student Services.
Wishing all students and their families a safe and restful term holidays, and I look forward to continuing to work with the year 7 cohort throughout the rest of the year to become their best self.

Year 7 Report
We are excited to update you on the latest happenings in Year 7 as our students continue to grow and thrive in their first year of secondary school.
Our students have recently completed their first set of exams, and we are impressed by their dedication and effort in preparing for them. It's a significant milestone, and we commend them for their commitment to their studies.
In extracurricular news, a group of Year 7 students had an amazing experience participating in the "Train like a Vixen" netball training day. They showed great enthusiasm and teamwork, and we are proud of their dedication to honing their skills.
To ensure our students' well-being in the digital age, we held an informative session on cyber safety. It's crucial for them to be aware of potential risks and make informed choices online. We encourage you to continue the conversation at home.
Thank you for your continued support. We value your involvement and look forward to sharing more updates soon.
