Welcome Back

Trusting everyone had a blessed Easter and restful holiday. It was great to see all the smiling faces and student enthusiasm during our first days back at school. It certainly proposes to be another busy term with lots of liturgical celebrations and extra school activities. Some of which are explained in more detail below.

Swimming Programs

Our School Swimming Programs will occur in Term 3 however, all the work leading up to these important and compulsory events needs to occur this term.

The dates for each program are as follows:

Foundation, Year 1 & 2: Week 2 of Term 3 2023

Years 3-6: Week 7 of Term 3 2023

Please look out for further information and consent forms via PAM in the next few weeks. Please complete these promptly so that staff can use the information to develop relevant documentation for the program.

SEMPER Dental

Once again, the school's dental program provided by SEMPER Dental will be occurring this term during Week 6 - Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th May.

Students received a SEMPER Dental Package to take home so please check your child's school bag for this. The dental program offered is not compulsory. Families can decide whether this dental opportunity is suitable for their children.

Please return the dental documents if you intend your child to receive this service at school.

If you have any questions, please contact the school office.

School Improvements

At St Therese's, we continually endeavour to make improvements to our learning environments, ranging from our buildings to our playgrounds.  Over the last two years we have seen two major building projects, new shade sails and playground, garden beds and most recently, a seating area outside the Junior Building.

The students are certainly enjoying and benefiting from the additions to our fabulous school community. There is also more to come. Let us know what you think. Any parent or carers feedback is welcomed.
