International Student Program 2022

Following on from last week, this week's Global Athletic Fitness Training session was even more fun and challenging! Our students learnt self defence tactics and three basic boxing moves: straight punch, uppercut and hook. 

 

The coach and our PE teacher, Mr Evans, gave a live demonstration on how to compete with an opponent. The students had only ever experienced this through TV, so it was a wonderful opportunity for them to try out boxing in real life.
