Yesterday we celebrated R U OK? Day-1

The day was filled with fun activities and opportunities to connect with one another. Congratulations to Mr Zito, Jake and Sai who won the R U OK? Day Kahoot. Thank you to the staff that contributed to the yummy morning tea. Well done to Ethan, who was the fastest to complete the R U OK? Day Wordsearch. A big thank you to the amazing music and dance performers (Ashleigh’s Yr 12 group, the KDC choir, Chris’ Yr 12 group, Bonnie, Yr 11 performers, the Stage band and Ongegu) who entertained us during the lunchtime concert. Thanks to Brimbank council for providing the Badge making activity and for past alumni who led the relaxing Yoga sessions in the afternoon. Well done to the Student voice and Leadership team, as well as the yr 10 Peers support leaders, Bonnie and Ongegu for representing KDC at the Dream Big Festival (recording of KDC at the Dream Big festival- fast forward to 1.36.55 and 2.14.00.
