Good afternoon families,
I hope that today being a school closure day will give our students a mini break and an opportunity to reset for the last few weeks of this term.
I would like to welcome Father Ignatius to our parish. Father Ignatius has recently been ordained and is very excited about joining Father Andrew in supporting our parish community
Yr1 children had their Baptism Faith night this week and it was well attended and a beautiful evening to share with their parents. Thank you to Mrs Douglas and Father Andrew.

Father Day's stall and breakfast
We will be celebrating Father's Day on Friday 2 September starting at 7 am. All fathers are invited and if a dad cannot attend then please bring along a special friend. You will need to book your breakfast if attending.
The Father's Day stall will be on Wednesday 31 August. It will start at 9am and all classes will have time to go and purchase a present. There will be a $10 limit.
Book Week
Book Week has been fun with children searching the school to find the Where's Wally? and school leaders going into classrooms to read their favourite picture story book to the children. The Book Parade was a lot of fun yesterday and it always amazes me the effort that is made for this day. Thank you to Mrs Healy and the teachers for giving the students such a great week.

This term's Working Bee is on Saturday 10 September at 8 am - 12 pm.
