Prayer for Spring
"Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland." Isaiah 43: 18-19
Dear Lord
Thank you for a fresh start today and the promise of Springtime.
We sense the blessing of 'renewal' that spring represents to us in the earth.
You 'spring forth' a new thing!
We are excited and expectant of your goodness in this spring season.
We give thanks.
We ask for God's blessing on us and the new life that Spring will bring.
Let me this day spring forward in faith and hope and love.

Father's Day Events at the College
Last Thursday the Junior School Father/Son Sports Afternoon was held at Oxford Falls and we had record numbers in attendance. On Friday morning the Annual Father's Day Breakfast was a huge event and a great morning was had by all, especially thankful that it could be held in person once again. We thank all the fathers and grandfathers for coming along to these events.
The link to the photos for both events was forwarded to all parents via the College App and I share with you a few now.
Twilight Concert
Last Friday's Twilight Concert was truly a wonderful event! It was a final opportunity for our Year 12 Performing Arts students to entertain the College in front of an appreciative parent and community audience, while also showcasing our up and coming junior talent. The Year 12 students were presented with a thank you memento gift for their dedication in helping to add that extra dimension to our events via the performing arts.
Co-Curricular Colour Awards
Yesterday we presented the students with the Silver and Gold Colour Awards at a Special Assembly at The Concourse to congratulate them.
We were pleased to present several students with the prestigious Gold Colour Award, which is only awarded to Year 12 students who have participated in their sport or cocurricular activity at the highest level in the College, along with continued service, commitment and encouragement of others.
Market Day
Monday saw the long-anticipated return of Market Day at the College! Our Year 9 Commerce students prepare a business and sell goods for the day while experiencing the ups and downs of running their own business, even if for a single day! Well done to the students for their efforts and to the Commerce teachers for their advice and support for the day.
