SPACE & SOLAR SYSTEM BOARD GAMES - Year 5
To demonstrate their knowledge and understanding following an engaging unit on Space and the Solar System, Year 5 students have created board games that relate to the topic. This week was particularly exciting as the students finally had a chance to play the games that they had created.
STUDENT LEARNING PROGRESS MEETINGS
We are coming toward the conclusion of our Student Learning Progress meetings for Term 3, with the final few meetings occurring early in week 10. These meetings have been a real success, and students, parents and teachers have all shared their positive feedback following the meetings this term. The learning-centred, goal orientated nature of the meeting has allowed for extremely productive conversations between the teachers, parents and students. We are now looking forward to the further developments in student learning that is sure to take place following these meetings.
