VICTORIAN SCHOOLS MUSIC FESTIVAL – 17th AUGUST

Massive Congratulations to the Symphonic Band who won GOLD at the Victorian Schools Music Festival! Huge thanks to Mr. Ben Muddyman for conducting and leading the group throughout the year. The students performed at the Hawthorn Town Hall in the VSMF competition alongside many other schools from around the region. The students performed remarkably well to achieve gold and were also given some educational feedback on some of their techniques and stage craft which will assist them with ongoing performances. Well done to all of our students for their amazing performance and for representing the school in such a positive light. 

THE ANNUAL SPRING GALA CONCERT

On Wednesday the 7th of September, the VSC Music Program showcases its wonderful ensembles in our night of nights. We will enjoy performances from our Symphonic Bands (Rookie Band, Concert Band and Senior Band), Our Choirs and String Orchestras as well as our Guitar and Percussion ensembles. And of course, our Stage Band. 

The evening will be held in the Auditorium.
