A message from the Principal

July: What a month!!

It is pretty safe to say that the last month  has been a very busy time at Reservoir High. As we came out of the last lockdown in June, and prior to our most current Lockdown 5.0, the school has been a busy place with many activities taking place. This has included excursions, assemblies, Cultural Diversity Week, the opening of the new student designed and constructed Moodji Indigenous garden, Debating, Sport, Pathways planning, preparation for our production as well as out on-going focus on high quality teaching and learning. Please check out the many events that have occurred in June/July that are reported on in this newsletter.

Reservoir High- Winner of 2021

In June, Reservoir High was recognised in 'The Herald Sun' newspaper as a 'top Academically Performing' School due to or excellent achievement in English and Mathematics.

This month, we have been recognised by 'The Age' newspaper as winner of the prestigious 'Schools that Excel' award for 2021. This is due to our VCE achievement and exceptional pathways for every student in our school community.

This award is the culmination of a decade of hard work in our school and community to provide a school that supports every student, respects the diversity of our community and ensures that all students are supported to achieve their best on their pathway to future success. Congratulations to our fantastic staff, amazing students and whole community for your efforts in ensuring excellence, high achievement and success for our students
