Premiers' Reading Challenge

The Premiers' Reading Challenge has begun for 2021.

The Challenge encourages children and students from birth to Year Ten to read a set number of books over the year and record their efforts online. Since the Challenge first began in 2005, more than three million students have read nearly 51 million books.

To successfully complete the Challenge, students in Foundation, Year One and Year Two need to read thirty books, with at least twenty of those books being from the official Challenge book list. Students in Years Three to Six need to read fifteen books, with a minimum of ten from the Challenge list.

Students will soon be given their individual log in details to register the books they have read. The link to the Challenge site is: https://vprc.eduweb.vic.gov.au/home

The Challenge ends on September 17.

Happy reading!
