Biz - E - Kidz Autumn Holiday program is now available

The Biz - E - Kidz Autumn Holiday Program is now available, a copy is attached to this newsletter. Bookings open next Tuesday 9th March,  and can be made online. 

 

How to make a booking:

  • Current users: Log into your Smartcentral account https://www.smartcentral.net/v2/service_profile/show/353 
  • Click ‘Copy’ to begin your holiday program application
  • First-time users: Follow the link https://www.smartcentral.net/v2/service_profile/show/353 or the bookings page of the Biz – E – Kidz section of the NMPS website  and click ‘create an account’
  • Check all the information is correct and complete
  • In the bookings section, select ‘vacation care’ from the drop-down menu and select your required days. Review your application and click submit.
  • PLEASE NOTE: you will not be able to make bookings BEFORE Tuesday 9/03/21 at 7:15 am
  • Confirmations will be sent via email on the week beginning 15/03/21
  • Bookings close 12/3/21. Any applications made after this date will be confirmed within 3 working days and are subject to availability.
  • Deposits of $10 per child per day are due by Friday 26/02/21. Any changes, cancelations, and no shows after this date will incur a $30 per child per day fee

Assessment and Rating Visit

In early February, Biz - E - Kidz had an 'assessment and rating' visit conducted by the Department of Education Quality,  Assessment and Rating Division. The purpose of the visit is to check we are compliant with childcare regulations and assess us against the national quality standards. 

We were really excited to receive a report of our results and find that we had achieved exceedingquality standards across all 7 quality areas.

We would like to thank the support of the North Melbourne Primary School community, the continued hard work of the Biz -E - Kidz educators, and the Biz - E - Kidz themselves for helping us to make it happen.

Direct Debit

To help streamline how we process our childcare fees we’re switching to Direct Debit through ‘ChildCare Easy Pay’. With Direct Debit, your childcare fees are automatically deducted from your nominated bank account, or credit or debit card, when they’re due, and at no cost to you. With Direct Debit, you no longer have to come into the school or use BPay to pay. Your fees are paid on time, every time. And it saves us time too, which means we can spend more time looking after your child and less time on administration.

 

What do you need to do?

You will receive an email asking you to register for Direct Debit. Simply click on the link contained in the email and complete your payment details.

 

Please complete your Direct Debit registration by 1st April 202.

 

It’s important you complete your registration by the due date so we can include you in our scheduled Direct Debit runs. Your childcare fees paid by Direct Debit will appear on your bank or credit card statement, like any other payments from your account. Look for the ‘CHILDCARE PAYMENT CEP AUSTRALIA AU’ transaction description.
