Excursion to Funfields Themepark

On Friday, 26 February our international students from years 7 to 10 went to a fun-filled excursion to Funfields Themepark in Whittlesea. 

We are proud to announce that we took public transport to arrive at our destination. Our excursion began with a joyful and relaxing mood as we embarked on the train to Whittlesea and then took a bus to Funfields. There were no other passengers on the train and bus and so we joked that the public transport system was so good that they provided the train and bus especially for our use!   

When we arrived there, the sky was cloudy but that did not dampen our spirits. Some brave students changed into their swimwear and went off in their groups to try out all the activities offered on sites including the waterslide, the ferris wheel, archery, mini golf, boat riding and many more activities. The students played in groups and enjoyed the rides. 

Lunch was provided and after some more free time it was time to leave the park and return to school.  We left reluctantly as some students wanted to continue on the rides.

A very enjoyable day!
