From the Office..

Community on the school grounds.

As you are aware, COVID has changed the rules for everyone.

At GRPS we pride ourselves in having the school grounds available to all of our families to use. Unfortunately we have to ask families for the first time, to stay away from the school grounds, even through the weekend period. It is a difficult thing to ask, however the Department of Education insists, that we close our playgrounds and facilities to the public for our own safety during these unprecedented times. I hope you can understand and we look forward to welcoming you back as soon as possible.

Dogs on a leash

Just a reminder that Dogs need to be on a leash at all times in the school grounds. On occasion members of the public, possibly not connected to our school, are allowing their dogs to roam free. Our children and chickens would greatly appreciate dogs being controlled by their owners. On normal school days, dogs are not permitted past the oval and should be on a leash at all times, to ensure the safety of our children.

Collection of Learning Packs

If you were unable to collect your child's learning packs last Friday, there is a table set up outside the front office with your child's pack ready for you to collect.

If it is raining, this table will be moved just inside of the front office as you walk in.

If you have organised a device for your child such as an iPad or laptop, please ensure you collect these as soon as possible.

A special thank you to our community for social distancing during this tricky time.

If you have any questions at all, we encourage you to give the office a call on 9870 6098.

Cadbury Fundraiser

Due to the current circumstances we have sadly had to postpone our Cadbury School Fundraiser, families will be notified in Term 4 of the new distribution date.
