New staff 

Welcome to new staff member Christopher Henson.

We are delighted to introduce Christopher Henson who is replacing Art Teacher, Georgina Russell. 

Recently graduating from the Australian Catholic University with a Masters in Education, I’ve previously completed a Bachelors of Creative Arts, Majoring in Art and Drama. Creative and energetic, I am passionate about teaching and aim to provide students with quality education, a safe and supportive environment to learn and grow, and will always add an extra dash of fun to my classes.

Outside of teaching, I like to consider myself an artist, but spend much of my time reading about art history, attending exhibitions and galleries, and relaxing at home with our recently adopted dog, Leah.

I am thrilled to be teaching here at Koonung, and look forward to working alongside both students and staff while commencing my own teaching journey.
