Term 4 Reporting Process

Guidelines have been provided by DET relating to student reports for Semester 2. These guidelines reflect the return to our usual reporting process prior to the impacts of Covid and are the same as the guidelines provided for Semester 1 reporting.

Those guidelines are the following:

·    Schools must provide student reports for all curriculum areas taught in Semester 2,

     2022.

·    Student reporting must still focus on each student’s achievement and progress for

     every curriculum area taught.

·    Schools must provide written reports at least twice a year for each student enrolled at

the school, from Prep to Year 10.

·    Schools must provide Semester 2 student reports to parents and carers by the end of

     Semester 2, 2022.

·    Student reports must include the following for every curriculum area taught:

  • teacher judgements (assigned as a score) against the Victorian Curriculum F to 10
  • achievement standards
  • progress from the last time the curriculum area was reported on
  • a 5-point scale, giving more detail about how well each student has performed.

Our reporting key dates will be:

  • Reports available Friday, Dec 9th

Further details regarding dates, times and the booking process for end of year parent teacher interviews will be published soon.
