Visual Language

In Visual Language (7D, 7F and 7B) students developed 2D design drawings of a hamburger and transformed these into the ceramic burgers. Students were shown a variety of clay techniques and applied some creative thinking to problem solve and transform their designs into 3D forms. Students made their hamburgers over three lessons, focusing on hand-building their bun and other pieces, once the pieces were bisque fired students applied glaze to their pieces.
