Curriculum Matters

Year 12 Mid Course Exams concluded at the end of  last week. This exam period provides students with good preparation in the lead up to Trial Exams in Term 2 and for the HSC in October. Students have been able to work on their writing skills, exam technique, application of their knowledge and time management skills. These are all key to success in the HSC. Following they will work with their teachers around feedback they receive which they can then embed.  I thank students for the way they conducted themselves over the last two weeks. 

Parent/ Student/ Teacher interviews Year 7-10

Parent/ Student/ Teacher Interviews will be on the 30th March and 4th April from 4:00-7:00pm in the College Hall. They are an opportunity for you to meet and get to know your child's teacher and to share information about your son/daughter's progress thus far. Each slot will be 5 minutes. Booking is via sobs.com.au.

Interviews provide valuable opportunities for parents/guardians to be more involved in your son/daughter's learning so that you can give support where it is needed.

In order to build strong relationships between home and school, we request that your son/daughter attend the interview with you. We look forward to engaging in meaningful conversations around learning, with a focus on where learning is now and how to move learning forward.
