Junior Class - Mrs Creek

What fun we had on Monday morning making our sensory scenes from the story ‘We’re going on a bear hunt’ by Michael Rosen. Did you know it is 25 years since he first wrote this iconic story? As a class, we have listened to the author read and act out his story. Lots of giggles arose when he went through the mud. He is very good at creating sounds. We are also using visual images for matching and talking about. In mathematics, sequences are being explored. There is a reason why we do things in a certain order. Patterns need order too.

Well, as I sign off from this week, it’s time for holidays. Have a great family time.

Middle Class - Miss Williams

We have had a lovely week with the unexpected return of all Year 2s and 3s. I have had a full class of students almost every day this week. The Year 3s have explored and discovered our new classroom after the big swap with the Juniors last Thursday. It has been great to be back together and getting the students back into the swing of things before we go back on school holidays. I hope you are all able to make the most of the school holidays and enjoy a break from school!

Happy birthday wishes to ...
