Timetable

A revised timetable for the Senior School was issued on Wednesday.  Virtually no changes affect Years 11 and 12 but students in Years 7-10 have quite different allocations of lessons.  The new timetable was necessitated by the decision to split Year 10 three-ways rather than continuing with two large classes.  Some minor adjustments are likely to apply as any “glitches” are ironed-out and these amendments should be finalised and on SIMON by the start of next week.  Meanwhile, students have received copies of the revised timetable and any amendments affecting the final days of this week will be advised by teachers.  All students can assume the SIMON timetable on their computers will be as up-to-date as possible from next week.

Isolation

Earlier this week, the seventeen international students who had been isolated following their return flights completed their quarantine period.  I had been impressed by the manner in which they approached their isolation and congratulate them on their efforts.   Members of the school community will be delighted to know that, having undergone checks by the medical staff, they were deemed in excellent health!  They – and I – have enjoyed being “back” these past few days.  We express great thanks to MoD Justin Corbridge for his care of these students during the quarantine period.
