ECSC wins 2019 Victorian Language Perfect Championships!

A big congratulations to our students for winning 1st place for Spanish language in the recent Victorian Language Perfect Championships! Over six days, our students answered 28,758 questions and competed against 146 other schools. Winning 1st place is an incredible achievement for such a small school. 

We also had some excellent individual student achievements. Well done to Chhavi J from Year 7 who won 1st place overall for Spanish in Victoria. We also had four other Year 7 & 8 students in the Top 20 in Victoria:  Jovan A, Nayanika L, Jacinta G and Reet K. Within ECSC, other students who gained a place in our Top 10 were all from Year 7: Reina L, Eva N, Manreet K, Ekjot K and Bailey W-J. They enjoyed a yummy pizza lunch to celebrate their achievements. 

Well done to all involved and look out for the Language Perfect World Championships from 27 August - 3 September.
