How to stay positive during Lockdown

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought with it new challenges for families across the globe. The daily grind and juggling act of working from home, helping children with remote learning and not being able to go anywhere makes staying consistently positive almost impossible. It’s so important that you take time for yourself and remember that your mental health is important too.

As the old saying goes, ‘you can’t pour from an empty cup’.

The following fact sheets and links to videos and articles give a few suggestions to help you keep calm, manage stress and stay positive during these uncertain times! I have also included a link to a fantastic storybook to read to your children about how they can be heroes during the pandemic.
