Wellbeing - Lockdown Tips for Parents

Looking after yourself and your family during these changing times is important for your health and wellbeing. The state government of Victoria has recently released some useful resources to help build and maintain wellbeing among families.

Please click on Parents wellbeing activities to access some information, activities and conversation starters for parents of primary school aged children. These activities are based around the six elements important to wellbeing: understanding emotions, personal strengths, positive coping, problem solving, stress management and help seeking skills. 

Join the eSafety Commissioner’s expert education and training team for a FREE webinar on the 16th or 17th of August.

This webinar follows on with themes discussed during the virtual Inform and Empower: Virtual Cyber Safety Education Night.

This webinar focuses on popular apps being used by young people (8- 13 years) including TikTok.

 

The education team will offer advice on how to support your child to have safe online experiences.
