From the Principal 

Dear Parents and Carers,

Tonight we will be gathering for our Christmas Concert on the oval.  The students have been practising and preparing over the past weeks and are excited to share their performance with you. 

Gates open from 5:30pm ready for a 6:00pm start.  Parking will be available on the basketball courts.  PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH CAR AND PEDESTRIAN MOVEMENT WITHIN THE SCHOOL.

Please bring camp chairs, picnic rugs or tarpaulins to sit on during the performance.

There will be a section for families using picnic rugs and tarpaulins so please follow the directions of the staff when you arrive.

School reports distributed this week

On Wednesday, the Semester Two School Report was made available for each student via the nForma Parent Portal.  Please refer to the email and skoolbag notifications.

This is a wonderful time to celebrate each student’s individual growth as we finish the school year.

2023 Class Placement Notification

Today (Friday), students will bring home a letter notifying parents and carers about 2023 class placements.  Please remember that teachers and school leaders spend a lot of time planning class groupings and have your child’s best interests in mind when making placement decisions.

I will have more information to share with the school community regarding 2023 school staffing in the final newsletter for year. This will be published on Wednesday, 14th December.

2023 Change Over Day - Monday 12th December

A Change over session will take place on Monday 12th December, giving a chance for students to meet their 2023 classroom teacher\s and fellow classmates.  

End of Year Thanksgiving Mass and Assembly - All Families are invited Friday 16th December 9:00am

We will gather as school community to give thanks and celebrate the end of the 2022 school next Friday at 9:00am with Mass and assembly

After mass, there will be student awards, acknowledgment of our exiting families from St Simon's as, well as an announcement of the 2023 Student Action Leaders.

All families are welcome to attend.
