Welcome to school!!!

Wow! What an amazing first week of school our Foundation students have had! We have done so much in our first week! We have developed new friendships within the classroom, played lots of 'get to know you' games, shared our identities and things we like and things we are good at doing, special lunch with our buddies, friendship groups activity afternoon, art, craft, working together as a team and so much more!

 

It has been an absolutely amazing first week that has created such a smooth transition for our Foundation students at school. They have been coming in with ease each and every day and have been absolutely loving learning new things!!

Next week

Next week we will be commencing our formal learning and starting to engaging with literacy, writing and maths activities and more! The Foundation students will also be attending some of their first specialist classes. It's going to be a big week! Don't forget Foundation students have Wednesday off until after the Labour day weekend.

 

Monday- Performing Arts (with Ms Bourke) and Friendship groups

Tuesday- Sport (with Mr Foley- please wear sports uniform) and Japanese (Sensei Bawden)

Thursday-  Art and Library day (please bring a library bag from home to be able to borrow)

Friday- Science

 

F/1/2 BBQ Night

Please keep free Feburary the 17th for our F/1/2 BBQ Night! More info will be sent out early next week!
