END OF YEAR ACTIVITIES

YEAR 5 LEADERSHIP SPEECHES

The Year 5 leadership speeches will be held at school on Monday 5 December at 9am. As we will have building works happening on this day we will confirm later in the week the location of the speeches. Families of the Year 5 students are welcome to attend. The 2023 Leadership positions will be announced at the Presentation Ceremony.

PRESENTATION CEREMONY

The End of Year Presentation Ceremony will be held on Thursday 8 December at 11:30am at the Church followed by light refreshments for families, visitors and students. The location of the light refreshments will be announced in next week's newsletter.

YEAR 6 FAREWELL DINNER

The Year 6 Farewell Dinner is set down for Monday 12 December at the Boggabri RSL Club. Year 6 graduates and family members will be invited to share a meal with the Sacred Heart staff to celebrate the end of their primary schooling. 

END OF YEAR POOL PARTY

Our End of Year Pool Party will be held at the Boggabri Swimming Pool on Thursday 15 December. Students and staff will walk across to the pool at 10am. Recess and lunch will be provided on the day. As we will be there for a few hours, please ensure that you send a rashie in with your child if they have one. Students will come to school in their sports uniform on this day. Monster Island will be in operation, and as always a swimming test will be done by the Lifeguards of the pool for children to be able to use this. Other games will be available for the children who do not pass this test.
