International Student Program Homestay Families Urgently Wanted

Dear Brighton Secondary College Community members.

Our school has enjoyed an excellent reputation internationally for our support of overseas students wishing to study at our school. Unfortunately, due to the recent pandemic, the number of students in our program dropped significantly in 2021 and 2022. 

Now that the situation around the world has improved, we are receiving a large number of applications from overseas students, ready to embark on a ‘once in a lifetime’ experience. 

To cater for the large increase in applications, we are desperately looking for suitable homestay families to host international students from the January 25th 2023.

Homestay fees will be $360 per week in 2023 to cover expenses, and as a homestay you are required to provide a bedroom, desk, study lamp and 3 meals a day. Involving the student into some of your family life can provide great learning opportunities for all.
