Eglinton Public School Country Fair
Fundraising for our fabulous school is done at the Fair through several school stalls which each require a coordinator. You can team up with a friend or run the stall as a family.
As the big day draws closer, we call for volunteers to assist you in running the stall.
The following stalls raise funds for our school. If you’re interested in taking on one of our vacant stalls, please get in touch with us.

To be held on Saturday, 25th February 2023 the Eglinton Country Fair is the main fundraiser for Eglinton Public School. The day is co-ordinated by volunteering parents from within the school community.
Cubis Park will once again be transformed into a buzzing hive of activity with something for everyone including Market Stalls, Rides, Games, Entertainment, Demonstrations and Food Stalls.
The generous support of Sponsors ensures the Eglinton Country Fair continues to be a wonderful community event that provides significant financial contribution to the well being and education of the students.

Show Us Your Stuff!
Saturday, 25th February 2023 9am – 2pm
Over recent years the ECF Committee has really focused on not just raising money but creating a community event for all ages to enjoy. Part of that has seen wonderful local organisations such as Eglinton RFS, Denison Dog Training Club, Bathurst Soaring Club and Bathurst BMX Club, along with Blacksmith Demonstrations and Chainsaw Competitions join us for a day of interaction and demonstrations.
If you are part of a local club or organisation and are interested in showcasing what you do at the Eglinton Country Fair we’d love to hear from you. We provide a complimentary site for you to display and/or demonstrate – all we ask is that you engage with and inform our visitors to the Fair.

Celebrate Summer Collection Day
Friday, 1st December
This is an annual mufti day where all students are invited to wear their summer best
and pay a small fee that goes towards the Country Fair.
Your donation will be:
Kindergarten - Year 4 - Get creative and fill a clean jar with a fun kid-friendly surprise for the Bottle Auction. It could be a pack of hair ties, a game of snap, stationary, mini toys or even a $5 note!!! No food items please.
Years 5 & 6 – 1 or 2 litres of soft drink that will make delicious Ice Cream Spiders.
The Raffle
