6D Meditation student comments for wellbeing week

The meditation helped a lot because it was just after lunch to calm me and the class down it worked so well that I fell asleep.

It made me feel like I was not on earth and it put me in a calm and quiet place before I went into class.

The meditation made me aware of my surroundings and it calmed me down while listening to the wind, leaves and my breath.
