Year 12 Hospitality

On Friday the 25th of May,  Year 12 Hospitality students participated in a practical observation for their Hospitality competency ‘Prepare and Serve Non-Alcoholic Beverages’. Throughout the day a range of beverages were prepared and served which showcased an array of beverage styles including stirred, layered, muddled and blended beverages from fresh and local produce.

 The day consisted of creating ten different styled drinks where each student prepared their own. Through making these beverages, the students used many different techniques, gained different skills and enhanced their industry knowledge for this competency. Overall, it was a successful day and all the students enjoyed themselves.
