School Fees Reminder Term 1 2022

This is a friendly reminder that Term 1 College fees and levies were due for payment on Wednesday 2nd March.   

Thank you to all families who have paid the school fees by the due date, and/or who have a regular repayment arrangement in place.  A reminder that, unlike the other Year levels, the billing of school fees for Yr 12 students is over Terms 1-3, and not in Term 4.  

Early payment discount

For families choosing to pay in advance for the full year, a reminder that to claim an early payment discount on tuition fees, the due date for payment is 31st March 2022. Any carry over balance from last year will also need to be paid in full. If you require assistance calculating the payment amount for the full year, please email the Accounts Team (email address is shown below). 

Health Care Cards (HCC)

For HCC holders, a reminder to bring your new card into the office for our staff to sight the original and take a copy. We are unable to accept a copy of your card via email. 

Sibling discount 

In order for your sibling discount to be correctly calculated, please ensure you have nominated the same account holder for all students attending a Catholic school. If you intend to have different account holder as part of your family arrangement, please inform the Accounts Team via email. 

Direct Debit (DD) payments

The easiest and most efficient method of paying your school fees and levies is by DD. The form is available from our website – DD form

You can opt to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Please ensure your DD payments will cover your 2022 fees to the end of December 2022.
