Sports Day Fundraiser
Our 2022 Sports Day is approaching on 1 April (in Week 9).
We ask that all children come to school in their Sport Uniform with the exception of the polo shirt which may be a T-shirt in the colour of the team they represent. To help accessorise, we have registered with 'Ponytails and Fairytales' who stock a selection of fun Sports Day accessories in team colours.

Family Connections
Each year the school celebrates community by hosting a Welcome Party - a fun filled evening out on the school oval. This year Covid disrupted our ‘Welcome Party’ event. In its place, we have planned a surprise coming your way, which we look forward to sharing with you next Wednesday!
Growing Faith at Home
Yesterday was Ash Wednesday. It marks the beginning of the church season of Lent, a time of reflection in the lead up to Easter. During Lent I will be also sharing some other ideas you might like to try out with your family. This one requires ‘time to grow’.

LLL School Banking
Open a Children's Savings Account before 31 March and the Lutheran Laypeople's League (LLL) will kickstart your child's savings with the first $25.00.
Visit lll.org.au/child to open an account, using the promotional code GET25, or collect a form from the school office.
Canteen
The canteen is open for lunch only on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Check the QKR! app to see what is available.
QKR! orders must be placed by 8:45am, with separate orders for each child.
QKR! App for Online Orders
Online payments (uniform/canteen/school fees etc.) are our preferred method of payment.
This app is free and easy to use and accepts all debit/credit cards.

School Card Applications
All families wishing to apply for the school card discount scheme in 2022 must apply annually by clicking here:
Uniform Shop
Online QKR! uniform orders are welcome.
Items ordered for Tuesdays and Thursdays will be ready for pickup from the front office at the end of that school day.
The uniform shop is open for business:
- Tuesday: 8.00am - 10.30am
- Tuesday: 1.00pm - 3.35pm
- Thursday: 1.00pm - 3.35pm

Volunteer Training
Here are the steps to becoming a registered volunteer:
- Organise a Working With Children Check (WWCC). Complete the attached form and bring to the school office with your 100pt identification.
- Complete Valuing Safe Communities online training which takes about 30 minutes. The certificate issued at the end of the training is to be shown to school office staff for verification.
- Read the following policies from our school website:
- Attend a Volunteer in-house training session which is yet to be confirmed.
- Provide proof of COVID immunisation via email.

From 1 March until 21 March“Everyone's a Winner” with a BONUS eGift Card with every purchase.
